BTRE was Founded by an experienced investor and lawyer/litigator with hundreds of cases under his belt, and brings years of real estate experience, real-world investment experience and deal making grit, to bear for its clients. Attorney-level skills in negotiating, problem solving and dealing with high stress situations — as well as understanding of contracts and real estate laws — are all part of the Big Town package- which you get at no extra cost.
