Richard Evanns is a linguist, author, lawyer and realtor. Richard has real estate experienced in both the acquisitions, operations, and rental properties in Los Angeles. Richard was born and raised in LA, and has lived in, invested in, and operated business(es) in most neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Richard has a -BA Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of California, Davis.

Richards goal is to provide clients with the level of real estate services that I wish I had from the start but never did. Richard is member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors®
